REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT AT PRIMEFLIGHT

The Regional Vice President provides leadership, business development, and customer support within their assigned region. This role oversees and guides direct reports to ensure stations operate safely, remain compliant, deliver strong financial performance, and provide exceptional quality and customer service. The RVP drives change to improve market share, customer and partner satisfaction, safety, processes, performance and accountability. Responsibilities include managing growth initiatives and the overall performance of profit centers, which may operate 24/7. Safety, customer retention and growth are key performance metrics.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee market operations through Area and Operations Managers, driving positive change while ensuring adherence to company and customer standards, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with customers and business aviation partners (e.g., FBOs, MROs, OEMs), fostering brand recognition, loyalty and strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Manage, track and address customer feedback and survey results to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with assigned customers.
  • Develop new contacts within the business aviation community and propose contracts for new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the highest levels of safety compliance; provide direct oversight for safety and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks of accidents, incidents, and injuries.
  • Collaborate with direct reports and the Safety team to ensure all operations have the necessary equipment, training, and processes to meet company policies and safety standards.
  • Monitor vehicles, equipment, tooling, and supplies to ensure compliance with company, airport, and customer requirements.
  • Partner with direct reports and the Training team to ensure training requirements are effectively administered at all locations.
  • Contribute to annual budget development and provide ongoing P&L oversight to achieve financial targets.
  • Provide troubleshooting and coaching to meet KPIs and other performance goals.
  • Identify, develop, and mentor high-potential employees within the region.
  • Assist with recruiting top talent to fill vacancies and strengthen the regional team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 18 years of age or older
    • Eligible to work in the United States
    • 10 or more years of management experience and 5 or more years’ experience in a customer-facing business aviation role is required
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (English) at a business professional-level
    • Excellent client relationship and business development skills
    • Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws and OSHA regulations
    • Knowledge of safety practices associated with the aviation industry
    • Financial and business acumen with P&L experience
    • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs
    • Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills; ability to influence people at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work effectively with labor; including labor grievances and negotiations
    •  Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
    • Pass a background check, drug screen and obtain Airport AOA credentials
    • Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
    • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7/365 environment with >80% on-site presence including frequent travel between airports within region and to corporate events.
    • Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
    • FAA A&P or NBAA CAM (optional)
