Description
Position Overview
- Part-time (~10 hrs/week, ~520 hrs total)
- Focus: Improving health outcomes for older Hoosiers and individuals with disabilities, advancing home and community-based services (HCBS), and supporting LTSS reforms.
Mandatory Requirements
- Active Indiana medical license
- Specialty in geriatric medicine
- Proven expertise in:
- Indiana LTSS programs (including managed care)
- D-SNPs/FIDE SNPs
- Mortality reviews & incident reporting
- Dementia-capable HCBS
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and clinical guidance for the Division
- Policy/program review and development
- Mortality reviews, incident reporting improvements, and best practice research
- Participation in LTSS/HCBS workgroups and training development
- Grant writing assistance when needed
