Compensation: $19.00/Hourly
Shift: Sun (1:00am-12:00pm), Mon (6:00pm-7:00am)

Responsibilities:
You will conduct the following responsibilities upholding Tarian’s commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community.
- Answering phone calls and e-mails from clients and staff.
- Resolving scheduling conflicts as they occur
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Inspect staff for work deficiencies and issue corrective action
- Report findings to management
- Provides administrative support, oversight, and direction to all security personnel and Concierges to ensure the operational integrity, consistency, and standard of professionalism for all sites.
- Conduct random site inspections for all sites and shifts as a measure of quality assurance.
- Schedule personnel for shifts when there is a need.
- Ensures all directives are being followed; provides guidance and instruction to Security Officers & Concierges.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor degree in related field preferred or combination of related security experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Current and valid driver license and ability to meet the company’s driving requirements
- Excellent people skills and ability to develop and manage successful business relationships with clients and prospective clients
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers as well as word processing, data management, and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with Track Tik timekeeping system preferred
- Ability to perform duties while maintaining a high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work hours will vary depending on assignments, client schedules, project deadlines, and the needs of the company. Workweeks may exceed 40 hours and may involve any of the 7 days of the week, depending on the needs of the business. The work environment may be fast-paced and stressful or may also be quiet and slow-paced. All environments and pace of work will require alertness and ability to perform under pressure.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to sit, stand, and walk for variable amounts of time throughout an assigned shift; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects 25 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Frequently engages in mental concentration, analysis, and formulation.
