- Oversee the MSP contract, relationship, projects, and performance against SOW's and SLA's.
- Oversee the implementation of our security process and responsibilities to maintain a secure environment appropriately governed through our SOC1 and SOC2 controls.
- Respond in a timely fashion to customer security and data privacy questionnaires, and incorporate advances in our security posture to match our customer's needs.
- Organize and run the security processes corresponding to our policies while maintaining appropriate documentation for evidence during out audits.
- Collaboratively administer our domain, EntraID, Sophos SIEM, Network, operational monitoring, InTune, Datto, Sharefile, Confluence, Jira, and other internal systems to serve our business needs.
- Oversee onsite IT Manager in the maintenance and support of local office network, desktops, laptops, printers, conference rooms, and A/V equipment.
- Lead advances in the integration of our enterprise software systems to ensure optimal and timely delivery of onboarding, offboarding, support, security controls, and visibility into critical business processes.
- Develop, select, and manage the security, Ai, and technology training program along with periodic phishing testing program to ensure all members of the business are informed and educated on security and safety best practices.
- Work closely with MSP, security vendors, application vendors, finance and leadership in budgeting, and purchasing processes for operating the datacenters, server room, and Technology resources.
- Learn how to use RPA/Ai Process Automation, to automate deterministic and Ai agent-based processes with HITL (Human in the Loop) to accelerate common processes.

- Subject matter expertise in IT desktop management, Office365, networking, MSP and datacenter management, domain controller administration, vendor management, security, A/V, VPN and SSO.

- Knowledgeable about SOC2 or ISO27001 compliance.

- 5 or more years of experience in IT administration.
