Main Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow business with OEM and Tier 1 accounts.
  • Drive customer engagement, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead RFQ process, pricing negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality) for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic business planning.

Experience

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field (MBA preferred).
    • 8–10 years of relevant OE sales experience (MSIL,HYU/KIA, Mahle, Hannon) .
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
    • Proven track record of handling automotive OEMs and Tier 1s.
