Your role

Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst skilled in system and business processes analysis? Can you manage projects efficiently? Do you have strong communications skills?

We are looking for Business Analyst like that to:
• cooperate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs
Act as Application Manager, following production support incidents, small enhancements and projects implementation
• communicate with analysts and users across organization
. negotiate with vendors the business requirements and timelines

• analyze requirements and design to specify changes (User Stories) and recommend solutions
• collaborate within the Scrum team regarding task priorities, design, implementation, testing and timeframes
• identify opportunities to improve and recommend changes
• maintain project’s documentation

Your team

Support of several business applications, attending business demands from WM and IB business, responsible to implement MERS (Minimum Enterprise Requirements), audit requirements and work on the functional and technical specifications required to start business demands, and direct them to external providers that will do most of the development work.
Focus on Vendor applications that support several areas across the bank.

Your expertise

• ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements
• good analytical skills with attention to the details
• good knowledge in SQL to decrypt database query statements and trace data back to the source
. teamwork, with good communication skills, to support users and manage vendor
• project Management experience (project plan, periodic status presentation, coordination of multi-disciplinary teams for SIT, UAT and PROD implementation phases of software deployment)
• familiarity with IT Governance disciplines (Incident Management, Change Management, etc.)
• advanced level of English;
• advanced level of Portuguese for writing , reading and speaking;
• graduated in Technology, Engineering or correlated courses.
