YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
K+S Brasileira in Sao Paulo (Brazil) is looking for a Technical Commercial Supervisor, starting in November 2025.
The tasks of the function include:
- Train distributor commercial teams to ensure strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
- Monitor and support distributor performance to align with company goals and regional strategies.
- Conduct sales activities either through distributors or directly via K+S Brasileira, depending on the business model.
- Promote the K+S Brasileira brand and its premium product lines to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
- Gather and report market insights from the region to support strategic planning and decision-making allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and adaptation of new products for the local market.
- Represent K+S Brasileira at technical and promotional events to enhance visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
- Degree in agronomy.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
- Strong agrobusiness background.
- Experience with team management
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
- English is desirable intermediate level.
- Mandatory to live in Pelotas Region - Rio Grande do Sul State.
