Role Overview
- Title: Finance& Admin Analyst
- Reports To: Head of Finance
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Duration: Indefinite
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Own the cleaning and setup of the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency in sales operations.
- Billing System Oversight: Manage the billing system, focusing on accounts receivable to optimize cash flow and revenue collection processes.
- Financial & Admin Accuracy in Subsidiary: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of P&L statements and cash management for the PT subsidiary.
- Month-End Process Support: Support the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- RevOps Operations: Maintain RevOps processes in collaboration with company stakeholders (e.g., managing Volume Block/Supplier Data).
- Project Support: Assist the Head of Finance in various strategic projects, enhancing departmental efficiency and growth capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - mandatory
- Proficiency in HubSpot, and Maxio (or related billing software) - not mandatory
- Knowledge of P&L management.
- Fluency in English is a must. Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
