Role Overview

  • Title: Finance& Admin Analyst
  • Reports To: Head of Finance
  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal
  • Duration: Indefinite

Key Responsibilities

  1. CRM Management: Own the cleaning and setup of the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency in sales operations.
  2. Billing System Oversight: Manage the billing system, focusing on accounts receivable to optimize cash flow and revenue collection processes.
  3. Financial & Admin Accuracy in Subsidiary: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of P&L statements and cash management for the PT subsidiary.
  4. Month-End Process Support: Support the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  5. RevOps Operations: Maintain RevOps processes in collaboration with company stakeholders (e.g., managing Volume Block/Supplier Data).
  6. Project Support: Assist the Head of Finance in various strategic projects, enhancing departmental efficiency and growth capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - mandatory
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, and Maxio (or related billing software) - not mandatory
  • Knowledge of P&L management.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
