Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to execute sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the IT recruiting sector. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities via cold email outreach campaigns. Your ability to thrive in a high-volume sales environment and consistently meet or exceed targets will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target through research and outreach via LinkedIn, Apollo CRM and job boards.
  • Present and sell candidate resumes to decision-makers, demonstrating the value and fit for their open positions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to qualify resume profiles for sales campaigns. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our HubSpot CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4+ years of sales experience within an IT recruiting agency or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell resumes to cold prospects.
  • Strong LinkedIn and job board prospecting skills to identify ideal targets. 
  • English proficiency is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English).
  • Must have experience with Apollo CRM or other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable fast internet access. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excited to work in an environment similar to a startup - you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
