You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive operational efficiency in a dynamic healthcare setting.
As a Senior Financial Analyst focused on healthcare operations, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance across practices. You’ll provide insightful analysis, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and work cross-functionally to improve financial outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.

This is an on-site position located at our Corporate Office in Boynton Beach, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate operational performance, service line profitability, and cost structures.
• Partner with healthcare business units to support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and KPIs to provide actionable insights and drive financial improvements.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Support value-based care initiatives and assess the financial impact of regulatory changes.
• Assist in scenario planning and ad-hoc strategic projects.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A, including at least 1 years in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, payer reimbursement models, and service line analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent).
• Experience with systems like Athena, CureMD, or Tableau/Power BI.
• CPA, CFA, or other financial certification a plus.
