Hybrid Water Spider at Rico Manufacturing

A critical support role rooted in Lean Manufacturing principles and originating from the Toyota Production System. This role is essential to minimizing waste and downtime, enabling managers and assemblers to focus on value-adding tasks, reducing risk of running out of KANBAN and floor stock materials, and helping to improve cleanliness and organization across our manufacturing areas. This is a hands-on, high-impact position designed to enhance operational flow and support our commitment to excellence on the shop floor.
