Educates and instructs students pursuing their driving license in the safe operation of motor vehicles in a classroom setting. Assists with the development of classroom training curriculum and provides Five Diamond Service in all interactions.

The pay rate for this position in New York City or Westchester County is $32/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are offered to employees and certain roles are eligible to earn additional forms of compensation through monthly and/or quarterly incentives. What you will do:

• Educates and instructs students on defensive driving in a classroom setting. Maintains an awareness of various students learning styles and adjusts instruction appropriately
• Provides instruction in a patient, calm, and personable manner to reduce student anxiety, cater to various learning styles and enhance the learning experience.
• Assists driving school with various administrative tasks. Adheres to all department policies and procedures, including accurate recording of student hours.
