What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound member calls

• Schedule and host virtual benefit consultations

• Explain coverage options clearly and professionally

• Guide members through enrollment and documentation

• Ensure compliance and accuracy in all interactions

• Collaborate with your team and invest in ongoing personal development
