Overview
Shadow Wood Country Club, located between Naples and Ft. Myers Florida, was originally developed by the Bonita Bay Group in 1998, before becoming Member Owned in 2010. Blessed to exist in the highly desirable SW Florida region, Shadow Wood CC is a 54-hole private, member-owned facility with 900 Golfing Memberships. The Membership is currently full, with a waitlist for entry. In addition to three golf courses, the golf facilities include four short-game practice areas, two full size practice ranges, seven practice putting greens, an indoor Golf Academy including V1 video and Trackman launch monitors, two full-service Golf Cart & Bag Storage barns, and two full-service Golf Shops.
Shadow Wood Country Club is currently looking for Full Time Outside Service Captains, who are eager to work in a fast paced, high volume, exciting environment. The ideal candidate would pride themselves in extreme attention to detail and offering an exemplary level of customer service, while working seamlessly with other staff members to achieve goals.
Position Summary:
The Full Time Outside Service Attendant is expected to service the needs of the membership, and their guests, by providing a high-level of customer service through their communication skills, the maintaining and setup of the cart fleet, the cleaning and handling of golf clubs, and the maintaining of the practice facilities. The Outside Services Captains serve as the Supervisors on Duty, and report to the Head Golf Professional. This position is year-round, expected to work 36 – 40 hours per week.

Essential Responsibilities
- Setting up members and guests with clean golf carts
- Cleaning and maintaining the golf cart fleet
- Cleaning golf clubs and retrieval/storage of golf bags
- Maintaining the appearance of the practice facilities
- Operating the range picker to clear range floor of golf balls
- Stock and maintain golf amenities and water machine supplies
- Constant communication with outside and inside staff
- Interact with the membership as they arrive and leave the facility
- Enforce Club policies and inform golf shop of infractions
- Participating in timely emergency response situations
- All other duties assigned by the Head Golf Professional

- Compensation includes a base hourly rate, plus cash and player surcharge gratuities. Income varies on activity levels and can be between $25 - $35 per hour.
