Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to guests, ensuring professionalism from team members even during peak rush periods.
• Resolve guest conflicts promptly by acknowledging the issue, apologizing, and ensuring a timely resolution.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members.
• Hire, train, and foster a culture of respect, kindness, and fairness among staff.
• Monitor financial performance, complete reports, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health practices in both the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist employees with service when needed, including food preparation and guest support.
• Uphold the company’s Safety Mission Statement, ensuring a safe environment for employees and guests.
