Hybrid Intern, IT (Cincinnati, OH, US, 45241) at Enable Injections

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to read and write fluently in English
• Current enrollment in post-secondary, IT related, degree granting program or recent graduates

Preferred:

• Previous IT work experience
• Pervious customer service experience
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft based networks

• Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management

Physical Requirements:

• Extensive computer work
• Long periods of sitting or standing
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders as necessary
• Navigating and walking over/under exposed piping

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to end user requests for assistance
• Setup user accounts, desks, and workstations
• Assist in routine IT department tasks such as managing inventory of IT equipment, setting up new user accounts, deploying new hardware and software, and organization of IT storage areas
• Maintain helpdesk ticket system 
• Support IT department initiatives with special project work
• Perform research tasks both proactively and as assigned
• Follow department and company polices and procedures
• Other tasks as assigned by management
