The Role
We’re looking for a high-performance leader who thrives on results and knows how to inspire a team to exceed goals. Technical HVAC experience is a plus, but not required—the key to success in this role is sales leadership, accountability, and a relentless drive to win.
What You’ll Do
• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and service teams to exceed revenue targets.
• Build a culture of accountability, performance, and customer excellence.
• Monitor KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive department-wide sales initiatives.
• Provide coaching on both customer communication and upselling best practices.

• Proven sales management success with a track record of exceeding goals.

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude or HVAC knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.
