🕒Schedule: Full Time-40 hrs/week | 2:30pm-11:00pm | No Scheduling Mandation | Every other weekend and holiday rotation, required

💲Shift Differentials, Holiday, and weekend differentials: Beginning 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm $ 1.00 | Beginning 10:31 pm - 7:00 am $ 0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm - Sun 11:00 pm) $ 1.00

As a Resident Care Assistant, you’ll provide essential daily care, offer companionship, and create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. Primary Responsibilities 

💙 Support Daily Living Activities:

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, changing bed linens, and keeping rooms tidy.
• Ensure residents receive nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs.

🤝 Build Meaningful Connections:

• Engage residents in social activities and one-on-one interactions.
• Foster a positive, respectful environment with residents, families, and team members.
• Encourage participation in group activities to promote a sense of community.

🚶 Promote Safety & Mobility:

• Help transport residents to appointments and events.
• Safely assist with lifting, turning, and positioning residents. 

📋 Monitor & Communicate Changes:

• Follow individualized care plans and provide updates as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors.
• Record vital signs and care details accurately in electronic health records.

✅What You’ll Need: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Experience in a direct caregiving role preferred but not required. 
• Must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 35 lbs. 
• Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system preferred.
