Job Summary:
Reporting to the Supervisor, the Pallet Quality Auditor is responsible for the precise inspection of pallets to ensure they meet customer criteria and standards. This role requires the ability to inspect wooden Chep pallets and other pallets, ensuring they meet quality standards. You must also be able to repeatedly lift a 75lb pallet. Work Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am (Monday thru Friday)
Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour to start
- 90 day - 50 - Cent progression
- 1 year - 50 cent progression
- Annually 50 cent progression

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Pallet Quality Auditor, your responsibilities will include:
Auditing pallets from repair lines to ensure they meet customer criteria.
Dividing and distributing pallets based on quality criteria and grade of pallet.
Maintaining accurate records on pallets repaired and audit scores.
Adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
Lifting and moving 75lb wooden Chep pallets to inspect them and move them into their designated areas.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and imperfections.
Physical ability to repeatedly lift 75lb wooden Chep pallets.
A deep understanding of quality criteria and grading standards.
Experience maintaining accurate records, either on paper or electronically.
A strong commitment to safety rules and regulations.
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to lift a 75lb wooden Chep pallet repeatedly.
You must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Requires good manual dexterity and visual acuity for inspecting pallets.
Work Environment:
This is a non-climate-controlled warehouse/production environment.
You may be exposed to dust, noise, and fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold).
All duties require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
