Hybrid Central Services/ Materials Management Supervisor at Jackson Hospital

The Central Services Supervisor will supervise all Central Services Technicians located in the Central Services department. Responsible for ordering all supplies used by Nursing Units. Insures that inventory control practices are instituted which insure against stock-outs, but prevents over ordering. Responsible for insuring that all chargeable supply items are charged to the correct patient and all nursing units are inventoried daily, using hand held computers, and that all information is down loaded into CDS computers.
