As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Game Artist to join our Creative team.
As a Game Artist, you will be responsible for creating engaging 2D and 3D in-game content, developing ad concepts, and optimising assets for video and playable creatives. You will work closely with our Lead Game Artist, Producers, Developers, and Marketing team. Together you will bring fresh ideas to life and maximise the commercial success of our games.
This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore office, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide junior team members on art methodology, ad ideation, and concept development.
Collaborate with production to scope projects and ensure efficient workflows.
Partner with developers and the marketing team to design assets for ad creatives.
Conceptualise and produce new ad ideas, building the assets required.
Create, optimise, and troubleshoot art assets in Unity for both in-game and ad purposes.
Participate in art reviews, taking on feedback and art direction constructively.
Contribute to reducing costs and increasing revenue through creative asset development.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar Game Artist role.
Proven experience in 2D and 3D art creation for games or interactive media.
Strong skills in Unity for asset creation and optimisation.
Experience conceptualising and producing ad creatives.
Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior artists.
Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across art, development, and marketing teams.
Creative problem-solving skills, with both artistic and technical awareness.
Based in our Bangalore office for 5 days per week.
