Planning and conducting regular practices, primarily evenings and weekends.
Choreographing and teaching routines for performances and competitions.
Promoting teamwork, discipline, and a positive team culture.
Coordinating appearances at games, assemblies, and community events.
Managing team logistics (schedules, uniforms, communication with families).
Upholding Frankfort High School's values and supporting student athletes.
Job Qualifications:
Previous dance and/or coaching experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire, mentor, and support high school students.
Commitment to building school pride and fostering student growth.
