Job Title: Lead Technical Manager
Location: Washington DC – Hybrid
Onsite: 500 12th St SW, Washington, DC
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
Security Clearance: Public Trust
Salary Range: Annual compensation between $120k to $175k. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.

AttainX, Inc. is in search of a highly energetic and experienced Lead Technical Manager to provide expert leadership and guidance to our federal government client.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Individual must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Eight (8) years experience as a Lead Technical Architect/Manager.
- Eight (8) years experience leading data modeling, data warehousing, and data migration activities.
- Eight (8) years of AWS console and RDMS experience.
- Eight (8) years of Oracle database experience.
- Five (5) years of Informatica experience in implementing and supporting IICS, PowerCenter, and IDQ.
- Five (5) years of experience as a business intelligence/reporting architect
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Skills: Agile delivery, compliance with IT Security, FISMA, and Section 508, development of data catalogs/metadata, and engineering support for cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably federal experience and have DHS background and client experience.
Duties:
- The Lead Technical Manager (LTM) shall serve as the primary interface between the government and the Contractor’s technical team and shall manage the technical aspects of the project.
- The LTM shall be responsible for ensuring that the technical deliverables, such as the scripts and process documentation, are complete and understandable and delivered on time in accordance with the Deliverables Table.
- The LTM shall also be able to analyze and study complex system requirements.
- The LTM will be responsible for reviewing existing ICE and FSM programs/interfaces and assisting in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.
- The LTM will be tasked with supervising all software configuration management.

Work Location
Shall perform all functional and technical tasks remotely or at AttainX facility, but on an ad hoc basis may be required to perform the functional and technical tasks from ICE HQ, the PCN building located at 500 12th St SW, Washington, DC, or other DHS and/or contractor facilities).
