The Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience is hiring for multiple onsite positions in Bardstown, KY! Join us at our Job Fair on August 25th to meet our team, interview on the spot, and explore exciting opportunities at the heart of bourbon country. 

Bring your resume to be considered for these exicting open positions:

Retail Associate (Full-Time, Onsite | First Shift with a requirement to work every other weekend)

Responsible for daily retail operations including POS activity, inventory management, and guest service in our gift shop.

Key Highlights:

• Operate POS system and handle sales transactions
• Educate visitors about bourbon, our brand, and history
• Maintain retail space through restocking and organization
• Requirements: HS Diploma/GED, 1+ year retail/customer service experience, must be 21+

Bourbon Educator (Full and Part-Time Openings, Onsite | Alternating Weekends Required) 

Lead tours and tastings, bringing Heaven Hill’s bourbon heritage to life.

Key Highlights:

• Host guided walking tours and tastings
• Provide engaging commentary and answer questions
• Support retail operations and light janitorial tasks
• Requirements: HS Diploma/GED, 1+ year public speaking/customer service experience, must be 21+, bourbon knowledge a plus

Line Cook (Part-Time, Onsite | First Shift 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Rotating Schedule Including Weekends Required)

Contribute to the success of our Five Brothers Kitchen by preparing high-quality food with consistency and care.

Key Highlights:

• Prepare dishes to exact recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment care
• Support food cost control by following correct storage and waste practices
• Requirements: HS Diploma/GED, 3+ years’ kitchen experience, ServSafe/Person-in-Charge certification (or ability to obtain), reliable transportation

Bartender (Full-Time, Onsite | First Shift with a requirement to work every other weekend)

Deliver an unforgettable experience in our Five Brothers Bar through bourbon knowledge, mixology, and hospitality.

Key Highlights:

• Create and serve innovative and classic cocktails and flights
• Educate and entertain guests while showcasing bourbon culture
• Maintain bar cleanliness, compliance, and guest satisfaction
• Requirements: HS Diploma/GED, 2+ years bartending experience, STAR certification (or ability to obtain), bourbon knowledge, mixology creativity
