Job Title: Part-Time Sales Assistant
Location: Bentonville, AR (onsite)
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our Bentonville team approximately 20-25 hours per week. You’ll play a role in ensuring we are set up to win with our largest customer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and log Sample Trackers for all programs/product (inbound and outbound) to Walmart Layout Center and back to teams in New Jersey
- Sample management: unboxing, tracking, preparing for meetings, dropping off to UPS, etc.
- Store Photography
- Order placement with our distribution center to ship to Bentonville Office
- Partner with Sales VP’s for store specific projects
- Maintain our office showrooms and modular layouts
- Work with Sales VPs and Merchandise leadership teams to understand the Omni assortment plans for both current business and extensions to brands in an effort to drive exponential growth.
- Monitor our Walmart.com listings
- Partner with digital marketing team to ensure proper execution of digital plans
- Partner with Sales VPs to create, maintain, and track annual sales budget by category of business as well as maintain internal BTC system to show changes of plans to reality and track the differences
- Assist in the creation of Sales presentation decks
What You’ll Bring:
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build lasting professional relationships
- Impeccable communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Must have experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have a sense of urgency with the ability to meet tight deadlines while effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Must be able to analyze a high volume of data with a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift or move boxes up to 40lbs
- Must have the ability to reliably get to UPS, local Walmart stores, etc.
- Experience with Walmart Item 360 and Retail Link a plus
