Primary Purpose: Maintain multiple integration-ready software systems including but not limited to electronic
work order software, preventive maintenance, inventory and facility information systems to
provide management and statistical information for Administration.
Qualifications: Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer information systems, education, or
other related field or equivalent school district related work experience
Knowledge of electronic work order system preferred.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of software applications
Knowledge of computer applications development and implementation
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interpret policy, procedures and data
Knowledge of multiple software programs
Experience:
Five years management experience in software implementation and training
Experience in user support, preferably related to preventive maintenance and facility
usage, inventory control and work order systems.
Five years experience in maintenance and construction industry preferred
