Client Advisor (Driving Growth, Excellence, and Client Relationships in Fine Art)

Role Overview
This position requires an influential character capable of initiating and driving developments within the Fine Art and luxury sector. The role is responsible for upholding a high standard of service and nurturing deep, lasting relationships with clients—including commercial galleries, private collectors, interior designers and auction houses—while providing expert support and guidance to colleagues across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead from the front and drive development initiatives and growth.
Provide high-quality service to clients, fostering long-term partnerships in line with our strategy.
Develop and execute strategies to expand and deepen relationships with existing & new clients, focusing on:
Meeting stated client objectives
Identifying opportunities for additional services and upselling
Improving quality, processes, and profit margins in collaboration with local and regional management
Cross-selling across group divisions
Building multi-tier stakeholder relationships
Planning for contract renewals
Increasing revenue and profitability
Enhancing and tiering client engagement
Improving service quality through the CFA Leadership Team
Actively contribute to the Crown Fine Art Leadership Team—design, implement, and uphold company strategies and policies.
Support UK sales efforts and ensure company targets for revenue, gross margin, and profit are met.
Motivate and mentor CFA and CWW team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and value.
Collaborate globally with Crown Worldwide teams to drive overall company success.
General Activities & Compliance
Manage estimating, coordination, and administrative tasks, ensuring clients receive appropriate terms and conditions.
Provide business leads to other company divisions to maximise client value and revenue growth.
Proactive debt collection, ensuring payment policies are enforced.
Develop and refine systems and procedures for the Fine Art Division.
Design and implement service improvement plans to sustain high quality and compliance.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and reporting requirements.
Undertake additional duties as directed by the Head of Business Unit
Demonstrate flexibility to work outside of standard hours as required for travel and relationship building
Performance Measurement
Financial performance of the Fine Art business
Direct sales leads and conversion rates
Achievement of company goals and strategic objectives
Engagement and performance of CFA team members
Quality of client service and support
Resolution of insurance claims and operational issues
Qualifications
Experience in a leadership role within the fine art, luxury, or related sectors
Proven track record of developing business strategies and delivering revenue growth
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
Flexibility and willingness to travel as required Reporting to: Commercial Director
