Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

PMO Leadership & Governance 

  • Establish and maintain the Transformation PMO framework, including governance forums, reporting cadence, milestone tracking, risk/issues management, and decision-rights. 
  • Develop clear, concise dashboards and status reports for executive review, highlighting key risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. 
  • Drive consistency in project documentation (charters, plans, RACI, steering materials). 

Strategic Initiative Delivery 

  • Partner with business leaders and workstream leads to define scope, success metrics, and detailed roadmaps for strategic priorities (cost optimization, revenue growth, digital enablement, etc.). 
  • Use data-driven analysis and problem-structuring techniques to pinpoint root causes, quantify opportunities, and recommend interventions. 
  • Act as an embedded change-agent on high-visibility workstreams—facilitating workshops, leading deep dives, and managing cross-functional teams. 

Analytics & Insights 

  • Build financial and operational models to track benefits realization and support prioritization trade-offs. 
  • Synthesize complex data into persuasive narratives and action-oriented recommendations for senior executives. 
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, codifying best practices, and rolling out standard tools/templates. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management 

  • Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite sponsors, business-unit leaders, and functional partners to drive alignment and accountability. 
  • Anticipate and address organizational resistance by designing targeted communications, training, and engagement plans. 
  • Facilitate executive and steering-committee meetings, ensuring timely decision-making. 

  • Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; comfort with Power BI preferred. 
  • Strategic Mindset: Expert in problem framing, hypothesis-driven analysis, and value-creation planning
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal storytelling; adept at presenting to senior executives
  • Project Management: PMP or equivalent certification a plus. 
  • Influence & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust and drive alignment across diverse teams
  • Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguity; quick to learn new industries, systems, and ways of working
  • Proven track record in program management, strategy development, and data-driven problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end workstreams and deliver against aggressive timelines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting or corporate strategy

Preferred

  • MBA or relevant master’s degree
  • Experience in or exposure to the supply chain industry
  • Experience in a top-tier consulting firm

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $120,000 - $158,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
