What You’ll Do:

• Use the TCS point-of-sale system to quote jobs, process work orders, and track customer accounts

• Deliver best-in-class customer service—over the phone and in person

• Recommend tire options tailored to customer needs, vehicle types, and budget

• Coordinate with warehouses and other store locations to ensure timely product availability

• Be the face of Burt Brothers—create a lasting impression that builds trust and drives return business

What You Bring:

• Prior sales experience—automotive or tire experience is a big plus

• Experience with the TCS point-of-sale system is helpful, but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving instincts—you ask the right questions and find the right solution

• Ownership mentality: you take initiative, follow through, and do the right thing

Bonus if you’re bilingual (English/Spanish).
