In the job assignment role of a Package Consultant 2, you will be focusing on adapting and advancing ERP systems for optimal business performance, ensuring compliance, and facilitating knowledge sharing through comprehensive documentation.
Required/Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated capability in the following areas:
Hyperion Essbase Planning and Retail domain experience
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Ability to collect, process, and interpret information to identify patterns, solve problems, and make informed decisions
Ability to deliver a particular set of outcomes within a certain set of parameters optimally
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Oracle PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS is desired
Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
Predict the project's time and effort, cost, and scope
Ability to harness working collaboratively and efficiently within a group to achieve common goals while managing conflict, motivating, developing and engaging team members
Your contribution to the team:
Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
