Our expectations are you will have:
A great attitude and willing to learn from a knowledgeable team
Experience with general gardening/grounds maintenance knowledge including mowing, hedging, trimming, irrigation and bin maintenance
The ability to work within a small team or autonomously
Empathy with seniors and excellent communication skills, verbal & written
Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practices
General Computer skills
Current Manual Driver’s License

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
