Your purpose
You’ll lead the charge in crafting and evolving our eMerchandising strategy across every digital touchpoint. From driving product discoverability to ensuring stock and content flow in perfect harmony with commercial goals, you’ll blend data, creativity, and
collaboration to deliver a premium, conversion-optimized shopping journey for our guests.
What you’ll do
Own and refine the eMerchandising roadmap to align with seasonal campaigns, product strategies, and business objectives.
Use analytics, A/B testing, and tools like Searchspring or Dynamic Yield to optimize the digital shelf and improve CVR.
Lead best-in-class visual merchandising across home, category, and product pages, partnering with creative, marketing, and merchandising teams.
Enhance product discovery with smart navigation, search, filtering, sorting, and personalized recommendations.
Champion product storytelling, ensuring PDPs are accurate, inspirational, and tailored to the ANZ guest.
Collaborate with planning and supply chain to align merchandising with stock availability and sales goals.
Build reporting dashboards to monitor merchandising impact on revenue, engagement, and guest experience.
What you bring
Proven success (3+ years) in digital merchandising or eCommerce, ideally with a premium or lifestyle brand.
Commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into impactful merchandising decisions.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach across marketing, digital, UX, and global teams.
Proficiency with merchandising tools (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Searchspring, Contentful, or similar).
Knowledge of omni-channel strategies and the ANZ retail landscape.
A degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or similar; postgraduate study is a plus.
