Receptionist/Call Center Representative
Bilingual (English and Spanish) 

$16.50 - 18.00 Hourly

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential clients. The right candidate should feel comfortable Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls. We are looking for someone capable of identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Distribute incoming mail to all the department or people on a daily basis. (There should not be any mail on employee boxes by the end of the day).
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Answering all incoming calls with good communication skills, ability to take messages, good writing skills and penmanship.
  • Responsible for reporting any maintenance needs for the telephone system and the copy machines front and back by the company.
  • Assist all visitors (with customer services skills, assist in any area needed to provide comfort and the service they always need).
  • Maintain all the login binders in order and clean.
  • Assist the therapist with all incoming appointments, process, making appointments, etc.
  • Collect co-pay make copies of receipt and report it to billing.
  • Knowledgeable on Agape programs, company’s directory, and procedures/policies and protocol.
  • Seize opportunities to assist clients with other services that may be to their benefit.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

  • Assist Residential Manager and VP with administrative assignment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or GED required.

Experience in verifying insurance is required

Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
