Review daily work with lending officers to eliminate documentation exceptions and to recognize potential problems with loans.
Update General Ledger system for new Direct and Indirect Installment Loans with customer information.
Provide prompt, courteous and excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.
Support loan staff in the completion of loan operation duties in times of absence. Primarily serve as backup for loan operations staff.
Effective communication between all lending personnel, borrowers, regulators, auditors, outside agencies (other Financial institutions, Repo Agencies, Collection Agencies), Compliance Officer and Accounting Department to assure adequate and proper procedures, payment application, system coding and compliance.
Contribute to the effort of the Bank by performing other duties as assigned.
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Conduct relationships and activities consistent with established bank policies, procedures, and systems.
Provide accurate and timely service to internal and external customers.
Act as a resource for operation and customer issues exercising discretion and good judgement.
Resolve difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
