Location: Marquee- Minneapolis, MN
Marquee Apartments, located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process rent payments accurately and on time
- Organize and host regular resident events to promote community engagement
- Contribute to leasing efforts by showcasing available apartments and closing leases
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- Maintain strong working relationships with the onsite team
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations, serving as a key point of support and acting as their right hand in all aspects of property management
- Coordinate with attorneys to manage the eviction process in compliance with legal requirements
- Remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when addressing challenging or sensitive situations
- Adapt and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Learn quickly and apply new processes effectively
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex situations with sound judgment and professionalism
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in basic office software and property management systems a plus
