The role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Assistant to join the Karen Millen Marketing team. Reporting into the CRM Manager and working closely with the CRM Executive, you’ll support the delivery of engaging customer communications across email and app. From building and scheduling BAU, lifecycle and loyalty campaigns, to pulling performance data and ensuring flawless execution, you’ll gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic areas of the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Email & Push Notification Build – Support the creation, set-up and scheduling of BAU, lifecycle and loyalty email and push notification campaigns, ensuring they are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.
- Campaign Support – Assist with briefing and preparing campaign assets, following established workflows to ensure smooth delivery across all markets.
- Quality Assurance – Carry out thorough checks on email and push campaigns before launch, spotting and fixing any errors.
- Reporting & Data – Pull weekly and monthly performance numbers for BAU and lifecycle campaigns and present them in an easy-to-use format for the team.
- Testing Support – Assist with delivering the BAU test-and-learn plan, helping to set up tests and record results.
- Competitor & Trend Monitoring – Keep track of CRM activity from competitors and note interesting approaches or trends for the team to consider.
- General Team Support – Provide day-to-day assistance to the CRM team, helping keep projects organised and on track.

- Comfortable working with numbers and basic spreadsheets.
