Experience Required
Computer-based student data systems
Organization and accuracy in record keeping
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service in fast-paced environment
Experience Preferred
Infinite Campus and Canvas
3 years experience as a secretary or in admin
Responsibilities:
Assist students, staff and families in counseling office
Registration and withdrawal of students
Interpret transcripts, code and post
File and organize student records
Answer phones and communicate with other schools
