- Maintain and track project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and milestones.
- Support engineering and program teams in planning, coordinating, and executing our DOD Clients’ projects.
- Prepare, review, and edit presentations, status reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of meeting agendas, record accurate meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are documented and tracked to closure.
- Develop and maintain high-quality spreadsheets for data tracking, budget monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate across diverse technical and business teams to ensure alignment of project objectives, priorities, and timelines.
- Act as a central communication hub to connect team members, resolve information gaps, and facilitate problem solving across the company.
- Review plans, identify potential risks or misalignments, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide support in preparing proposals, cost estimates, and compliance documentation as needed.
- Remain curious, engaged, and proactive in learning technical concepts to better support program goals.
- 1+ Years of Experience in Program Management in the federal government sector
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience taking and distributing clear and accurate meeting minutes.
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams while fostering collaboration.
- Exposure to budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for projects.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 5%
- Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Prior exposure to engineering or technical project environments.
- Experience with DoD Contracts
