- Perform scheduled floor and carpet maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaning.
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors.
- Assist with routine custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.
- Travel to various contract sites as required.
- At least 6 months of experience in floor maintenance and 3 months of custodial work experience required.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work as most jobs are during overnight hours.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have a valid drivers license as this position requires driving a company vehicle.
- Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
