Position Qualifications:

• Trade school or technical school certification is preferred 

• Proficiency in a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, light carpentry, snow plowing, salting, light shoveling, lawn mowing, general grounds maintenance, and athletic field preparation and spraying.

• Applicants must be organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently produce high-quality work.

• Basic computer skills required.

• Ability to pass a background check is required.

• The position involves a range of physical demands, including indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Availability for weekend, off-shift, or holiday work may be required.

• Must be able to work cooperatively with other staff members and third-party vendors.

• Professional communication with supervisors, colleagues, and the public is essential.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured are required.
