Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Independently licensed in the state of Indiana (MHC, LCSW or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
- Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
