Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Pricing is accountable for leading the development and execution of AlterDomus pricing strategy, deal governance and support along with being accountable for delivery of pricing revenue targets. Specifically, you will; 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • Establish and govern pricing processes and systems, delivering against revenue targets including setting pricing initiatives, policies, guidelines and ensuring strong communication and compliance to all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain pricing models and frameworks to support deal proposal process, balancing profit and long-term customer value. Ensure clear governance process including escalations and approvals when required.
  • Streamline contracting process.
  • Run regular analyses of pricing performance vs. market and benchmarking to inform pricing decisions/adjustments.
  • Support CCO and account teams on client-specific pricing strategies and deal specific price-setting (e.g. KCP deals).
  • Conduct comprehensive pricing assessment and identify quick win opportunities.
  • Build and manage a high-performing pricing function.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational and reputational risks.
  • Ensure that all operational processes fully comply with Alter Domus policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and engagement of employees at all levels, actively promoting the Employer Value Proposition within all regional teams and role modelling the Alter Domus values to our people, clients and customers.
  • As a senior leader, you will also be responsible for driving change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team in supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels.

LEADERSHIP & BEHAVIOURABLE COMPETENCIES

 

 

  • You will have a proven track record of building and leading a pricing function and delivering value from pricing initiatives in similar high-value, B2B professional services industry (e.g. fund admin, financial services, etc.)
  • You will have experience supporting empowered client teams through clear governance.
  • 5+ years of pricing experience including large deal pricing to support KCP deals.
  • Previous experience in pricing consulting is preferred.
  • You will possess robust knowledge in how to build a new Pricing function and put in place policies, processes, and governance (incl. standing up pricing data).
  • You will be highly data driven, structured, and analytical.
  • You will have experience building complex data models that enables you to distil into actionable insights.
  • You will be commercially innovative and can think creatively about pricing structures.
  • You will be a hands-on leader willing to do what it takes to deliver; able to assist sales teams when needed.
  • You will have proven experience leading global cross-functional teams and managing a diverse portfolio of work.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
