The Work:
As a Sr. Reverse Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in dissecting and analyzing complex malware to uncover its purpose, capabilities, and potential impact. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying key Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and understanding advanced anti-analysis techniques employed by adversaries. You will contribute to the organization’s threat intelligence efforts by providing actionable insights and supporting the development of innovative malware analysis tools and techniques. In this role, you will also maintain and enhance malware analysis platforms, ensuring they remain robust and effective. Your work will involve performing both static and dynamic analysis, leveraging best practices and methodologies to deliver precise and impactful results.
You will need a deep understanding of security concepts, protocols, and architectures, including authentication, access control technologies, intrusion detection, and network traffic analysis. Your ability to analyze system vulnerabilities, data hiding techniques, and encryption methods will be critical in identifying and mitigating threats. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Assembly is essential, as is your familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and OSX. You will also be expected to stay ahead of emerging trends in computer and network vulnerabilities, continuously refining your skills and knowledge to address evolving threats effectively.
Here’s what you need:
- 10 years of cyber experience
- 5 years of reverse engineering experience
- Experience with assembly language across various operating systems, to include Windows, Linux & OSX
Bonus Points if you have:
- Certification in malware analysis such as GREM or related strongly desired

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
