As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to your respective division(s).
Five Key Roles:
- Customer Service
- Administration
- Invoicing
- Divisional Support
- Records Retention
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn other key operational computer programs
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Meet the driver qualification standards set by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member
- Pre-employment drug testing required.
- Comply with Crystal Valley's Drug and Alcohol Policy including random drug testing
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and/or data entry experience
- Gets it, wants it, has the capacity to perform well (GWC)
