This position is a special duty position through the end of June 2028.

Salary: Range 50 -$37.47 (step one) - $47.50 (step ten) *
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, our core business hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm
Work Location: In-person /telecommute (hybrid)- MRJC & King County Courthouse
Position Duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish and support Spanish speaking victims (required)
- Considerable knowledge of the civil or criminal justice system and experience in the field of domestic violence services required
- In depth knowledge and experience of the Civil Protection Order process, implications on victims and application of law
- Knowledge of basic victim advocacy principles and ethics
- Knowledge of trauma informed care and victim centered principles
- Knowledge of communications principles, methods, and materials
- Considerable knowledge of local victim services related community resources
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strict attention to detail, are required
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with persons in crisis
- Demonstrated ability to work within and across systems and demonstrated ability to multi-task and problem-solve with quick deadlines are a priority
- Ability to demonstrate predictable, reliable, and timely attendance is required
- Ability to work with supervision, receiving instructions/feedback, coaching/counseling, and/or action/discipline
- Additional responsibilities and/or tasks may be incorporated, or existing ones modified as business needs evolve
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing court processes, team needs, and use of technology
- Candidates with experience serving LGBTQ+ survivors are strongly encouraged to apply
