Job Summary:

Grand Villa Ormond Beach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Manager to lead our Memory Care Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dementia care and have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care Unit, ensuring high-quality care for residents.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with dementia.

- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and adjust care plans accordingly.

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid license.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare environment.

- Strong knowledge of dementia and memory care best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
