Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with visitors and identify their vehicle needs and preferences to make tailored vehicle recommendations.
  • Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting appealing features and technology, and arrange test drives.
  • Educate customers on ancillary products, services and warranties to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and customer to negotiate sales terms and close deals.
  • Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork.
  • Deliver sold vehicles and assist with technology setup (Bluetooth, navigation, etc.) and address any customer questions or concerns, so they leave the dealership feeling confident about their purchase.
  • Address online, live chat, and phone inquiries promptly and professionally and generate sales leads and appointments.
  • Follow-up with customers and prospective customers to maintain relationship and earn additional business.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in a related role (customer service, sales, business development, etc.). Automotive sales experience is a plus!
  • People Skills: Ability to easily connect with others, understand their needs and build rapport, contributing to customer satisfaction.
  • Technology Requirements: Computer literacy and ability to adapt to various software.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with staff from various departments to contribute to ensure a smooth sales process.  
  • Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented and resilient.
  • Credentials: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
  • Pre-employment Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are looking for individuals who are open to working various shifts to support business and customer needs. Our Sales Department is open Monday – Friday 8AM to 9PM and Saturdays 8AM to 8PM, and closed on Sundays. This is an onsite role working in the dealership showroom and sales lot.
