About the Role:

The MHN Foundation is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Vice President and Foundation team. This role involves administrative coordination, donor communication, event support, and acting as a welcoming representative of the Foundation both in-office and at community events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Vice President and Foundation staff, including preparing documents, responding to requests, and entering data into Raiser’s Edge.

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting logistics.

  • Assist with donor communications, including sending birthday, anniversary, and sympathy cards and gifts.

  • Support fundraising mailings, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.

  • Assist in planning and executing Foundation events and community engagement opportunities.

  • Prepare for Board meetings by assembling materials and taking meeting minutes.

  • Serve as a professional and welcoming face of the Foundation in all interactions.
