As an Inbound Sales Representative at Carma, you’ll be the trusted voice that helps customers find their perfect car. Warm leads coming your way through calls, emails, and live chat. Your focus: building genuine connections, understanding customer needs, and making the car-buying process effortless.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the conversation – no cold calls here, just warm leads waiting to be converted.
- Ask smart questions – uncover needs, match the right car, and build trust fast.
- Keep your pipeline in check—organised follow-ups mean more deals closed.
- Overcome roadblocks and close with confidence- we’ll give you the tools, you bring the skill.
- Make the sale, own the leaderboard, and watch your commission grow!
Okay, let's talk about you:
- Proven sales experience – at least 12 months, ideally in phone-based or high-volume environments.
- Tech-savvy – quick to learn new systems and processes.
- Target-driven – you thrive on hitting (and beating) sales goals.
- Growth mindset- Always eager to learn and grow, taking feedback in stride
- Flexibility- rotating roster and can work weekends when needed
- People skills – you know how to connect, listen, and go the extra mile.
