Toyo Tires U.S.A. Corp is seeking a results-oriented Strategic Account Manager – Auto Dealer Channel to lead sales efforts across the Western U.S. region. This role is responsible for achieving individual sales targets (units and revenue) within assigned accounts, while cultivating and strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective auto dealer clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the tire industry landscape, including competitive dynamics and market trends, to effectively drive growth and maximize account potential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Will demonstrate a strong understanding of Toyo product line, including features, benefits, warranties, sizing, and applications.
- Sales and Relationship Management
- Achieve annual and mid-term unit and dollar sales goals.
- Report as necessary on sales activities and forecasts (by month, by product, by dealer, by area, etc.), threats and opportunities, strategic plans, and sales program implementations.
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with auto dealer accounts through periodic contacts and proper handling of sales and administrative functions.
- Administration
- Manage expenses to budget.
- Effectively train and develop the sales personnel to ensure the development and accomplishment of established sales objectives.
- Market Intelligence
- Conduct market gathering activities to have a solid understanding of the competition’s offerings and Toyo sales opportunities.
- Make suggestions on products, sales programs, and policies, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

The salary range listed is what we reasonably expect to compensate generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on the specific job description. We provide a competitive compensation package along with a robust benefits program to meet your needs.
The salary range for this position is $96,365 to $144,547
